How ToolGlider handles files, browser storage and website usage data.

Files you work with

The current Label Studio and PDF Studio processing workflows run in your browser. Imported document contents are not uploaded to our servers for those processing tasks. Results are generated on your device and downloaded when you choose.

This does not mean visiting the website is anonymous or offline. Loading the site contacts hosting providers, and website analytics may send usage data as described below.

Storage on your device

Your browser may store language preferences, tool settings, saved projects and their source files in local storage or IndexedDB. Service workers and caches store application resources for offline use. Session-only PDF work is cleared when the page is closed or reloaded unless you explicitly save a project.

You can remove saved projects through the tool controls, or remove site data in your browser settings. Clearing site data can delete local projects and offline resources. Export anything you need before doing so. We cannot recover a project stored only on your device.

Analytics and cookies

ToolGlider uses Google Analytics to understand website usage. Google may process cookie identifiers, browser/device information, page views, interactions and download-link metadata. Our page-view configuration omits URL query strings and fragments and disables Google signals and advertising-personalization signals.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. These controls can affect measurement and some site preferences. See the Google links below for its data practices.

Hosting and support

Hosting and network providers, including Cloudflare, may process request metadata such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser information to deliver and secure the website. Their own policies also apply.

If you email [email protected], your email address, message and any attachments are received through email services to handle your request. Send only information you are comfortable sharing; a small non-sensitive example is usually enough to reproduce a problem.

Your choices and requests

Manage local projects in the app, manage cookies/site data in your browser, or contact [email protected] about information you have sent to support. We may need enough information to identify the request before acting.
